Hello, I'm Diane Bell
As a child, all I wanted to do was write and create...
but I was conditioned to believe (both directly and unintentionally) that this was not a valid path for someone like me.
The result was I struggled with becoming an artist for a very long time.
First, I was a blocked writer -
but when I overcame that and started to have success as a screenwriter, another layer of self-sabotage kicked in.
Having now worked with hundreds of female artists (writers, filmmakers, photographers, visual artists and so on), I've discovered that the blocks are not personal.
They are directly connected with being a woman.
In this healing and transformative session, we will begin with a dive into what causes our blocks and self-sabotaging behaviour...
then I'll guide you in a meditation to shift and release what you no longer need to carry.
