I never went to film school and I was born in Dumfries, Scotland (which is as far from Hollywood as the moon!) but I've done it.

I wrote my first script and sold it within a year, even though I was a yoga teacher living in Barcelona at the time.

I was then hired to rewrite a script for John McTiernan, the legendary director of DIE HARD and PREDATOR.

I went on to raise $140k and make my own indie film, OBSELIDIA, which got selected to premier at Sundance where it won two awards.

I've been nominated for Independent Spirit Awards ( including for Best Screenplay) and had my movies play around the world.

My second feature, BLEEDING HEART, stars Jessica Biel, Zosia Mamet and Harry Hamlin premiered at Tribeca and has been distributed globally.
